I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from College of St. Joseph, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Clinician. I have many years of experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to children (age 10+), teenagers, and adults, and I specialize in anxiety and panic, depression, life transitions, and OCD, along with tailored support for parents of children with autism, ADHD, or other special needs.
